Our Criminal Background Checks fall into three tiers, but can be tailor-fit to suit your business' needs.
Our Tier 1 is our Basic Employee Check and includes: criminal history, education verification, employment history and verification, professional reference checks, motor vehicle records, and professional license verification.
Our Tier 2 is our Criminal History report and includes: criminal history, General Services Administration Exclusions, Homeland Security Verification, List of Excluded Individuals / Entities, National Sex Offender Registry, and Social Security Number Verification.
Our Tier 3 report contains our Credit History report.

Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training
Empire Consulting, LLC. on-site training seminars are based on proven and validated procedures that identify the drug and alcohol impaired person. OIG/Medicaid Exclusion Sanction Screening
Empire Consulting's OIGManager™ Service software is used to search for OIG excluded individuals and entities from participating in Medicare, Medicaid, The State Children's Health Insurance Program and all Federal health care programs. Our plan gives assurance that it will be administered in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, and official issuances.
